Salary $75,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience.
Position Purpose
As a Marketing Coordinator your role is essential in supporting the marketing team to execute and implement integrated marketing initiatives to help achieve commercial objectives in global markets and ensure the consistent and effective representation of the Little Bellies brand.
You will manage multiple tasks across various markets and platforms, interact with consumers, distributors, internal teams, and agencies, and consistently maintain high standards of brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Marketing and Communications Plans Assist in the implementation of Little Bellies marketing strategies and activities. This includes, campaigns , product launches, promotions, photoshoots, sampling. Coordinate, organise and develop marketing material in line with strategic brand guidelines. (Including creative briefs for content creators and photographers)Assist in the delivery of campaign collateral, content and marketing materials as required.Coordinate all media and influencer requestsParticipate in creative brainstorming to support the Marketing Strategy
Social, Digital and Content Work with digital teams across all channels and platforms. Support the management of eCommerce in the USA and work with agencies to drive sales on these platforms (including Amazon). Provide content, images, copywriting for agencies.Update and upkeep of websites across countriesBuild the Little Bellies community by responding to consumer reviews on priority
Sales and Product Support Create business development presentations and product training slides.Delegate and action all requests from distributors.Provide Input into strategic direction for New Product Development.
Reporting and Analysis Coordinate and analyse monthly marketing reports.Assist with preparation for and record outcomes of sales and marketing meetings.Ability to create excellent sales and brand presentations.
Finance and Budget SupportAssist with A&P expenditure to the strategic plan in each market.Assist with monthly marketing budget reconciliationUpdating budget trackers for each market
Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously2+ years experience in a marketing or sales support roleStrong interest in marketing, brand and digital as a career pathAbility to use WordPress, MS Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)Experience writing short-form and long-form copy for online & social platformsStrong administration skills and well organisedStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Strong people skills creating effective relationships both internally and externally
