Prepare Early Learning Centres & Malek Group Pty Ltd manages and operates 9 childcare centres in Sydney Metropolitan NSW. We aim at being the leaders of Early Childhood Education and provide quality education and care to children, families and the community.

We attribute much of our success to the strength of our marketing division. To build on this momentum, we are searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator to work closely with. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with our goals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, local digital marketing, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organised multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

The position's key responsibilities will include:

  • Create and develop centre and regional specific local area campaigns to drive utilisation.
  • Manage and create social media calendar to produce engaging content to inspire enrolments and reinforce our brand values.
  • Create marketing campaign resources and update the online resource centre.
  • Regularly update the Communications and Marketing intranet pages
  • Create campaigns and centre webpages as required.
  • Create and manage Social media targeted ad campaigns and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage all merchandise suppliers, printers, and related service providers.
  • Implement campaign initiatives as directed by the Directors.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with our media agency and other external suppliers and contractors.
  • Campaign monitoring and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage the @malekgroup inbox and support telephone helpline.
  • The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • A tertiary qualification(s) in marketing, communications, or related discipline (or studying toward) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 12 months experience required.
  • Experience in a broad marketing role(s) that includes campaign coordination with exposure to local area marketing.
  • Digital marketing skills including the hands-on creation of social media campaigns and email marketing campaigns using a variety of different platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and Canva, a plus would be Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.
  • Exemplary time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • First class customer service skills
  • Ability to develop meaningful working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to implement marketing tactics.
  • Proven time management and demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to obtain a positive working with children check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
