Slices' is seeking a talented and driven Part-Time Marketing & Design Professional to join our dynamic team in Caroline Springs, Keilor & Doreen VIC. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital and search marketing strategy for our growing business. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engine optimisation

• Creating engaging visual content such as graphics, videos, and web assets to support marketing initiatives

• Optimising website content and structure to enhance user experience and improve search engine visibility

• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business objectives

• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or design role, preferably within the marketing/communications industry

• Strong proficiency in search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, and email marketing

• Excellent graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

• A solid understanding of website development, analytics, and content management

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
