About the role

Due to business growth we are now seeking a Marketing Director to help drive the company’s marketing strategy in our Marsden Park office in New South Wales.

The Role

The Marketing Director at TigerPak will drive the company's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement initiatives to support its growth and leadership in the industrial packaging supply sector. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing market share, customer loyalty, and overall brand equity while aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

About You

To succeed in this role you will have:

• 8+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, ideally within Supply, or B2B sectors.

• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

• Experience with Digital marketing platforms, e-commerce strategies, and customer experience design.

• Strong track record of collaboration across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• Ability to conceptualize and implement forward thinking market strategies.

• Deep understanding of the industrial packaging supply sector, including customer segments, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.

• Proficiency in leveraging analytics to drive marketing performance and ROI.

• Proven experience in building and managing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies, including SEO, SEM, CRM, and social media platforms.
