About the Role: The Hoka team is looking for a Marketing Lead to form part of the team driving the next period of growth for the world’s fastest growing running brand. As the Marketing Lead, you will focus on the execution of the global & localised brand strategy within our key Wholesale Partners, executing the global playbook with an authentic localised vision. Working in partnership with sales, merchandise and the direct-to-consumer teams you will collaboratively execute campaigns, digital strategy, trade execution & our exciting and evolving roster of collaborative activation & talent. Your ability to master the detail of execution, will form a critical component to the brand succeeding in market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead by HOM, execution of the global & local brand strategy
- Management of localisation of global campaign toolkits, balancing global consistency with local authenticity
- Collaborate with global stakeholders with our DAP brand team
- Manage the Wholesale Partner marketing calendar to ensure we amplify campaigns in key Retailers
- Ensure all campaigns with Wholesale Partners are inline with global brand guidelines
- Manage the Wholesale Partner marketing budget to ensure effective use of funds
- Liaise with our Wholesale Partners to align on key campaigns
- Collaborate with external agencies on events and activations to build brand awareness
- Work with the Community & Events Specialists to build local relationships with run clubs
- Manage photoshoots where applicable and ensure content is on brand and effective
- Build reports for all marketing activities to ensure ROI is met
To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in trade and or brand marketing
- Preferred experience in global sports brand marketplace
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate an ability to build executional efficiencies of limited resourcing, with high volume of workflow
- Proficient computer skills including MC office applications.
- An involved team player who can work collaboratively across all departments.
