Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for game publishing, enhancing brand exposure and player engagement.

Create and manage creative marketing campaigns, including pre-registration, pre-launch promotions, social media activities, public relations, and more.

Coordinate with advertising channels, media, PR agencies, and influencers to drive effective partnerships and campaigns.

Oversee multi-channel promotion efforts, including social media, content marketing, and paid advertising, ensuring seamless collaboration across all teams.

Analyze market data, competitor trends, and campaign performance, continuously refining strategies and execution plans.

Work closely with production and community teams to define player communication strategies, enhancing player activity and brand loyalty.

Contribute to global publishing plans, developing region-specific marketing strategies for different markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in game marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.

Strong knowledge of major game marketing channels and tactics, with hands-on experience in content marketing and social media promotion.

Excellent project management skills, able to handle complex campaigns and drive them to completion.

Clear logic, strong communication, and collaboration abilities.
