Job Description The Marketing & Design team are responsible for creating and delivering marketing programs and projects that continually elevate KordaMentha’s brand and engagement with key audiences. The team delivers on brand, design, media, digital marketing (web and social), events and sponsorships, and are custodians and champions of the CRM. Our core focus is to cement KordaMentha as the premium Australian Advisory firm in market. Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Industry & Markets, you will work across the entire Marketing & Design team to support the execution of marketing initiatives, events, merchandise, campaigns and sponsorships. As a key member of the Marketing & Design team, you will work across multiple projects including: Sponsorship support - liaising with corporate partners to ensure effective execution of sponsorships and partnerships Event coordination – support with project management, briefing design and digital assets, organising merchandise and collateral, CRM list and journey creation and on-ground execution Working closely with our Digital specialist, support delivery and posting of content on social and web, ensuring appropriate tags and keywords utilised to ensure optimal engagement and high SEO ranking Assist with the development of marketing plans, templates and documents across the team Support the execution of digital events, and provide insights and data post-events to enhance and lift the bar for future events Work with the Design team and Office Support to manage merchandise and stock. This includes working with Design to consider future merchandise options and creative execution. Continually seek areas for improvement from a systems and productivity perspective and provide proactive support on large firm-wide initiatives as required. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing, PR or Event management or similar A minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment Strong digital skills and knowledge across marketing-related platforms, CRM experience is preferable but not necessary. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – written and verbal Excellent attention to detail, time management and project planning A great team player, but also happy to work independently Solid knowledge and experience using Microsoft Suite of products – Word, PPT and Excel Eligibility to live and work in Australia (Australian citizens and permanent residents only) Additional Information At KordaMentha, we believe there is strength in difference.
