HOPR is Hiring a Marketing Specialist! 
We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Marketing Specialist who can drive growth, execute paid ads with expertise, create top-tier social media content, and manage both online and offline campaigns. If you have experience in fast-paced startup environments and thrive in paid media, social strategy, and real-world brand activations, this role is for you.

Task & Responsibilities

STRATEGY & GROWTH

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve retention
  • Manage and grow ambassador programs, affiliate programs, influencer marketing campaigns, and in-person events
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns (paid and organic)
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals
  • Update our Shopify website, including homepage updates, promotional banners, and product pages, this includes creating landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and ambassador programs
  •  
  • Write website copy that is engaging, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused, optimize user experience and page performance to improve conversion rates
  • Work with Shopify integrations like Saral (for influencer marketing), Klaviyo (email campaigns), Stay (subscriptions) and third-party apps

PAID ADS

  • Creative ads Specialist, you will have to deliver video and static ads weekly following the marketing guidelines with the goal of optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns on meta to increase views and engagement,
  • A/B test creative, audiences, and messaging to continuously improve ad performance
  • Track data and analytics to provide clear reports on growth, ROI, and future optimizations

CONTENT CREATION – SOCIAL-FIRST & VIDEO-FOCUSED
 

  • Specialized in TikTok and Instagram content creation – you must be active on these platforms and understand trends
  • Video-first mindset – must be skilled in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for social media (using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
  • Plan and execute a content calendar with posts that drive engagement, shares, and brand visibility
  • Write captions and ad copy that are compelling, on-brand, and drive action
  • Experience in community management is a plus (engaging with comments, responding to DMs, and growing the brand’s presence organically)
  • Create static content, take photographs as well as designing basic pieces on canva or similar platforms.

OFFLINE MARKETING & EVENTS
 

  • Plan and execute HOPR brand activations, pop-ups, and in-person marketing events
  • Work with gyms, fitness studios, and retailers to create sampling initiatives and partnerships
  • Develop and manage cross-promotions with like-minded brands (online and offline)
  • Build relationships with distributors and stockists to increase retail visibility and develop materials if necessary.
  • Organize, order and manage the development of merchandising.

WEBSITE & TOOLS – SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 

  • Manage and update Shopify website (copywriting, page design, landing pages, and promotions)
  • Experience with Shopify apps and integrations (Saral for influencer marketing, Klaviyo for email campaigns, Stay for subscriptions)
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Notion, and Excel for content and campaign management
  • Analyze and report on website performance and conversion rates
Qualification & Experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or brand growth
 Expertise ads creative– proven track record of growing a brand/channel through paid campaigns
 Social media content creation experience – must have a portfolio of video content (TikTok & IG)
 Strong knowledge of Shopify, paid media strategy, and offline brand activations
 Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
 Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

With a bachelor in marketing or related fields
