We are currently seeking a detail orientated Account Specialist for our client, a global leader in the Technology sector. Located in North Sydney, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic organisation with a culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
This is a contract role until June 30th, with strong prospects for extension (to 18-month contract).
The Opportunity
As an Account Specialist, you will manage and grow a portfolio of new agency accounts. You’ll be responsible for optimizing PPC advertising campaigns clients maximise their ROI and campaign performance.
Analyze & optimize client campaigns for maximum performance.Develop strategies using keyword expansion, targeting, and bidding techniques.Work closely with Agency Managers & Directors to identify new opportunities.Communicate with clients via meetings, email, and reports.Troubleshoot billing & campaign issues.Generate insights from data analysis to improve campaign success.
Desired Skills And Experience
Experience in sales or customer service with proven relationship-building skills.Online advertising experience (preferred).Experience working with Bing, Google, Yahoo, or other PPC platforms.Experience with Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).Microsoft Advertising Certification or equivalent experience.Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
