About the roleFull time, onsite role based in Baulkham Hills Join Manor Real Estate as a full-time Marketing Specialist based in Baulkham Hills, NSW. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in delivering effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth. What you'll be doingAssist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and eventsCoordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital assetsLiaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateralMaintain and update the company's website and social media platformsAnalyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvementSupport the planning and coordination of events and client functionsContribute to the overall marketing strategy and help drive brand awareness What we're looking for1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the real estate industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organisational skills with attention to detailProficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as Adobe Indeisgn, Canva, social media & META, email marketing, Hubspot, and content management systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKeen interest in real estate and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences What we offerAt Manor Real Estate, we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters professional development and growth.
