We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team in South Granville NSW on full time basis.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate experiences and skills in the following duties:

􏰀 Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media, etc.

􏰀 Formulate and implement the annual marketing strategies and plan such as promotion budget, product positioning, product composition and sales performance.

􏰀 Support company-level major projects, develop channel marketing strategies and create boutique marketing.

􏰀 Establish and maintain the cooperative relationship with related partners. Tailor annual agreement for deep cooperation.

􏰀 In combination with market hotspots and product features, customise advertising plans and monitor data and ROI and decide the pace and amount of advertising on product mix, pricing, advertising, etc.

􏰀 Daily operation, monitor and analyse data to determine campaign efficiency, such as e- marketing etc.

􏰀 Track the data of competitors and products, regularly summarise and analyse the data and make reports.

􏰀 Daily monitoring of data tracking analysis of marketing performance optimization.

􏰀 Create and execute lead generation programs.

􏰀 Participate in the plan making of marketing events at all levels. Responsible for the planning, bidding promotion, execution and supervision of major projects. Conduct market research and analysis of the target market, explore market opportunities, develop potential product market, lead the team to conduct monthly industry analysis and competitive product analysis, etc. and give strategies and adjustment suggestions for the next stage according to the analysis results.
