Marketing Specialist – RSPCA Lotteries
Help us change lives—one lucky winner (and one rescued animal) at a time.
We’re looking for a driven, creative marketing specialist to join our mighty RSPCA Lotteries team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape one of Australia’s most exciting charity lotteries—backed by the trusted RSPCA brand.
You'll be at the forefront of our national marketing strategy, leading multi-channel campaigns, agency partnerships, and supporter engagement initiatives that power life-saving animal welfare work across the country.
What You'll Do
• Deliver integrated end-to-end B2C marketing campaigns that achieve revenue targets.
• Manage content planning, creation, and optimisation (bonus points if you love a good pun!).
• Update and optimise website pages; build custom landing pages.
• Grow our Pet Supporter loyalty program and keep our audience engaged.
• Leverage data and analytics to continuously improve performance and retention.
• Collaborate with external media and creative agencies.
• Bring big ideas—and scrappy determination—to a passionate team that moves fast.
What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in lotteries, gaming, or FMCG.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube).
• Solid understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Proficiency in email marketing and automation platforms.
• Sharp copywriting and content creation skills across copy, design, and video.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration, project coordination, and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Power BI, or Looker dashboards.
• A genuine passion for animal welfare—you’ll be helping paws as well as people.
Why Join Us?
• Make a direct impact in one of Australia’s most loved causes.
• Work on a growing, reimagined national lottery program.
• No red tape—just big ideas and fast turnarounds.
• Flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to have your voice truly heard.
• Work-life balance with flexible work-from-home options.
We’re a small, supportive team that values creativity, resilience, and people who get things done.
If you’re excited by the idea of scaling a national brand with purpose—and love animals as much as marketing—this might be your next big move.

Every year, we care for over 42,000 animals, relying on the generosity of animal lovers like you to fund 96% of our lifesaving services.
We are also the only charity in Queensland with the power to enforce the Animal Care and Protection Act (2001) and investigate animal welfare concerns through our Inspectorate. Our team is on the front line to protect those who can’t speak for themselves.
