MC Interstate Truck Driver

Guru Hundal Freightlines' is seeking multiple experienced MC Interstate Truck Drivers to join our dedicated team in Dry Creek, SA. As a full-time MC Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of goods intrastate and interstate, picking up and delivering a variety of goods and products throughout South Australia and across the country.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate multi combination vehicles (MCs) in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations

• Delivering to and picking up from a variety of customer locations and servicing various industries

• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and trailer roadworthiness

• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

• Successfully transport express and general freight interstate and intrastate

What we're looking for

• Valid MC driver's licence with a clean driving record less than 12 months old

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating multi combination vehicles

• Ability to successfully pass a driving assessment

• Clean pre-employment police check less than 12 months old

• Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safe driving practices

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and english skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Drivers will be paid award wages at a km rate and applicable hourly allowances and superannuation under the Road Transport (Long Distance Operations) Award {MA000039}.
