MEDLOG Regional is seeking dedicated mechanics-both qualified and apprentices to join us. Learn from the best in the business and look after some of the most important assets. You will be working alongside and learning from our very experienced Assets Manager with over 25 years experience.

Paid weekly
Incentive bonus of $150 per month for safe driving practices and maintaining a high standard in the quality of work. This could be up to an extra $1,800 on your earnings yearly

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our trucks
Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Ensure regular housekeeping is undertaken
Attend breakdowns and carry out any field related mechanical repairs
Effectively and efficiently communicate any safety or maintenance issues
Qualifications
Mechanical knowledge and experience (essential)
Auto Electrical knowledge and experience (desirable)
Hydraulic knowledge and experience (desirable)
Strong in fault diagnostics and determination of solutions
Sound knowledge of diesel, lifting or earth moving equipment desirable.
Experience in the use and application of a CMMS (e.g. Maximo, MEX).
Development and maintenance of Safe Work Instructions (SWIs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). This will also include any other safety documentation for safe working.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
