We’re looking for a proactive and organised Medical Coordinator to join our friendly team at the Wollongong Clinic. In this important role, you'll help support Australian Defence Force (ADF) candidates through the medical and psychological stages of the Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) process. You’ll be the key link between our clinical team and candidates—managing records, coordinating appointments, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a full-time position reporting to the DFR Team Lead – Medical Coordinator, and offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive team while making a meaningful contribution. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting ADF candidates throughout their medical and psych assessment journeyBooking and managing appointmentsCoordinating logistics with Doctors, Psychologists, and NursesMaintaining accurate candidate records and data entryProviding general admin support to keep the clinic running efficiently What We’re Looking For You’re highly organised, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced admin role with lots of moving parts.
