Safework Health has an exciting new opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our Occupational Health Medical team.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous Experience in Health administration / GP practice or Medical Centre
Current Open Driver’s License
High Level of Computer Literacy
Experience using Best Practice (ideal)
Experience in Excel, Word, Microsoft Offices/Expert Level
HLPAT005 Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Certificate (ideal)
Tasks and Responsibilities
Process Medical Bookings
Reception and General administration duties
Administering health questionnaires
Results Management
Pre Employment Medical Drug Testing
Update Invoicing data
Arrange and organise medical detail ahead of bookings
Other duties requested by Doctors/Manager
Successful applicants will posses the below capabilities:
