About the Role

Join our Member Assistance team as a Member Engagement Officer, where you'll be the first point of contact for our members on the phones, offering tailored solutions across our range of products and services. Your role is pivotal in shaping the member's experience and maintaining lasting relationships. 

Hours, Training and Location 

Start date 12th June with interviews scheduled to run on 15th May, so apply now!

  • Rate of pay at commencement is $31.54/hr + super + penalty rates!
  • Day Shifts – availability to work alternate Saturdays required
  • 25 hours per week, 5 days a week, 5 hours a day
  • Rotating shifts, with start times between 8.00AM and 10.00AM
  • Finish times between 1.00PM and 3.00PM
  • To ensure we set you up for success and give you all the support you need you will be required to be onsite at our Eight Mile Plains location
  • Hybrid WFH option - combination of onsite and at home, available after 3-6 months based on performance

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage members with empathy and understanding, focusing on their unique needs. 
  • Communicate effectively to meet member expectations. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RACQ’s products, services, and policies. 
  • Contribute to a positive team culture.

 About you: 

  • Passionate about sales and customer service
  • Previous sales experience highly regarded.
  • A willingness to learn and participate in our comprehensive training journey.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on listening and problem-solving. 
  • Have a drive for excellence and thrive when working in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Minimum of a Year 12 High School Certificate.
