About The Role...
Norths Fitness, conveniently located at Cammeray, offers one of the most diverse Group Fitness Timetables on the Lower North Shore with over 80 classes per week, including: Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Zumba, Les Mills group fitness programs, Cycle, Barre Fusion and a range of dance styles.
The Members Services Coordinator primary responsibility is to act as a leader and an example to the team of Fitness and Lifestyle Specialists with key accountabilities around lead conversion to membership, member engagement and satisfaction, retention and endorsement of promotions. The role sits in the Norths Fitness Leadership team and collaboratively works with the Senior Marketing Coordinator - Health & Fitness and Operations Manager, while driving and overseeing front of house standards to achieve an exceptional customer service.

Your Key Priorities Will Be To
Deliver and reinforce process and procedure adherence in the Members Services space to ensure consistency across the teamDrive front of house engagement of sales promotionsDrive engagement of retention initiatives across the team and member baseReport and measure key metrics on sales, conversions and retention initiativesRefine, adapt and utilise sales system to effective manage leads to conversions, improve retention and reduce cancellationsEnsure all members have a seamless experience when joining, entering the facility and when accessing services inside Norths FitnessEnsure operational tasks are running seamlessly including charging stations, pool checks, opening and closing protocol and cleaningCooperate with all stakeholders, guided by the Norths Collective ValuesEnsure team communication channels are utilised effectivelyTrain new staff and refine skill of existing staff to achieve a consistent and exceptional customer experience.Monitor and continuously improve data quality input across the front of house teamProvide exception customer service across the team and on the fitness floorEnsure team is running by and to reception checklist and that daily tasks are completed and communicatedActively support and implement a range of activities in accordance with Work, Health & Safety legislation obligations and in line with Norths Risk Management Program
The Candidate
Current Provide First Aid and CPR CertificationsValid Employee Working with Children's CheckExcellent communications skills; both written and verbal as well as exceptional attention to detailStrong sales and customer service skillsIntermediate computer literacyAbility to work to deadlines and under pressureExperience in a similar role within the Fitness IndustryCompetent in providing circuit style small group training sessionsAbility to work a flexible roster, which includes shifts that will fall on days, rostered days off, evenings, weekends and public holidaysPleasant, polite, professional and courteous manner
