Merchandise Allocator

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for allocating merchandise to our stores, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Executing the allocation process in AP21 based on plans created by the Junior Merchandiser

• Managing ad hoc stock pushes and post-trade actions

• Monitoring and managing model stock levels across all stores and concessions

• Managing replenishment lines at a size and style level

• Responding to store stock requests via our Stock Request Portal and Merchandise Inbox

• Coordinating stock consolidations between stores

• Acting as the key liaison with our 3PL warehouse for outbound logistics

• Supporting State and Area Business Managers with stock queries and needs

What we’re looking for:
We’re after someone who’s energetic, proactive, and passionate about retail operations. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a retail or merchandise support role

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• A high level of attention to detail and organisational ability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

• A genuine passion for product and commercial insight
