About the Role As a key member of our consulting team, you'll:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.
• Configure and tailor Dynamics 365 modules to align with client and agency-specific requirements.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user guidance to ensure smooth adoption and use.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and overall team development.

About You We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm. You’ll ideally have:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform consultant.
• A strong track record of designing, building, and deploying complex, scalable solutions.
• Customer Insights and Journey Mapping expertise
• Deep understanding of business process automation and solution architecture best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment (highly regarded).
