Role: Middle Office Analyst

Location: Sydney CBD, Hybrid

Join a leading global financial services firm, supporting a diverse range of asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, and Derivatives. This Middle Office role offers hands-on exposure to trade processing, reconciliations, and oversight of outsourced functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support trade processing across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives
• Monitor settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for issue resolution
• Oversee outsourced functions, ensuring service quality and performance
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies

Essential Criteria:

• Strong industry experience in Securities Services or Middle Office operations
• Strong knowledge of trade processing, reconciliations, and corporate actions
• Experience with systems such as TradeFlow and Calypso
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management
• Degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field
