Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Test Engineer to join our QA team and ensure the quality and performance of our mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Appium. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand requirements, create and execute test cases, and identify and report bugs using tools such as JIRA. Additionally, you will contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing, and ensure timely feedback to developers and stakeholders. Your work will play a key role in delivering a seamless and high-quality user experience to our customers.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in Cypress for web UI And API automation testing.Experience in API testing using Postman (writing scripts, automating API tests, and integrating with CI/CD).Proficiency in Appium for mobile test automation on iOS and Android.Experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation and scripting.Experience designing scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile testing.Knowledge of test design principles, BDD, and best practices.Experience in manual testing methodologies to complement automation strategies.Ability to perform exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing.Experience working with Azure environments (e.g., Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud).Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into DevOps workflows.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Ability to lead a small offshore automation team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.Strong communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Experience working in cross-functional teams and providing test status reports.
