Mortgage Broker

Seeking a mortgage broker to assist with home loans, car loans, equipment finance, personal loans and business loans with a focus on client on-boarding, deal placement and lead generation. This full time role involves processing applications with lenders and managing client communications.

The Role:

• Assist Senior Mortgage Broker by managing the loan application process from pre-submission, lodgement, approval and preparation for settlement

• Manage CRM database

• Contact with lenders and valuers throughout the loan application process

• Liaising with clients throughout the loan process

• Provide administrative support to cross functional teams of business

Requirements:

• 1 year of mortgage broker industry experience

• 1 year of asset finance broker industry experience (preferred however not mandatory)

• Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Brokering

• FBAA / MFAA Membership

• Connective CRM experience (preferred however not mandatory)
