Benefits
Salary: $71,000 - $75,000 per year
Task & Responsibilities
Your Role: As part of our team, you’ll handle:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to the highest standards.
- Proficient / confident in online parts sourcing & ordering with our reputable suppliers.
- Assist with providing competitive customer quotes when required.
- Providing expert advice to customers on maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to meet daily challenges.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
- Conducting routine upkeep (e.g., fluid replacements, lubrication, and engine calibration) to optimise performance and adhere to environmental standards
- Examining cars and, when authorised, issuing safety compliance certificates or specifying corrections needed for compliance
- Swapping out defective or worn components and reconstructing mechanical assemblies according to technical documentation
- Inspecting and fine-tuning repaired systems to ensure they function correctly and safely.
Qualification & Experience
The equivalent of AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV or at least 3 years relevant experience may substitute a qualification.
