We are searching far and wide for a passionate and fashion loving Harley-Davidson® Merchandise Sales Executive  who can ensure every customers dreams are professionally and dare we say ..... lovingly met.  After all, Harley® isn't just about riding, it's an attitude!

Use your previous merchandise / retail sales experience to assist our valued customers when choosing Harley-Davidson® timeless leathers, riding gear, casual clothing, helmets, sportswear, general merchandise, accessories and more.

About the role:

• Assist customers purchasing their Harley-Davidson gear.

• Build customer data base.  Advise customers of the latest promotions and specials.

• Attend product training to improve product knowledge

• Liaise with workshop and sales to ensure customers bike delivered on time

• Ensure customer has all riding needs e.g. gloves for off road, wet weather gear.  

• Stock control and build displays to promote products.

About you:

- Proven retail experience.

- An eye for detail, personal style, flair and an interest in everything fashion.

- Excellent communication skills.

- A high standard of providing exceptional customer service.
