Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

• Manage stock levels, inventory, and minimise losses to maintain profitability.

• Work side-by-side with your team, replenishing stock and showcasing promotions.

• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store that exceeds health and safety standards.

• Lead by example with a positive, professional attitude toward both team members and customers.

• Assist with training and mentoring team members, fostering their growth and development.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and a passion for keeping the store running smoothly.

• Management or supervisory experience in a retail setting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
