Due to recent international acquisitions, our business has seen great growth and as a result we are now seeking a driven and engaging National Account Manager to join our team.  This is a permanent position that can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney, with some travel required.

This is a key position that will have you managing and truly partnering with key national clients.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager who wants to engage with their customer; you’ll become a part of their business and provide high quality, market leading advice and value-add service.

Salary: Competitive salary plus super plus annual bonus incentive and more

So, what’s the job?

  • You’ll cultivate strong relationships through managing, supporting, and partnering with your clients
  • You’ll identify and develop commercial growth opportunities with via our online integrated partners
  • You’ll lead strategy by gathering feedback and adjusting plans to exceed client expectations and stay ahead in the market
  • You’ll analyse and share key data insights to set goals and improve performance
  • You’ll create impactful monthly reports and presentations offering clear forecasts and market insights / updates

And what are we looking for?

We’re seeking an experienced, personable Account Manager with a passion for people and building stakeholder relationships.

  • You’ll possess amazing personability and interpersonal skills that can be applied to stakeholders of all levels
  • You’ll have proven experience in providing high-level, market-leading account management
  • You’ll have a demonstrated ability to develop, implement and manage SLA’s
  • You’ll have experience leveraging growth via digital products
  • You’ll ideally have travel, insurance or eCommerce industry experience
