Working in a highly emotive and engaging category, you will manage a portfolio of their largest national retail customers, as well as online marketplaces and SEA distributors. Demonstrating outstanding relationship management skills, as well as a data-based approach, you will directly influence the growth and success of the company in a highly collaborative and fast-evolving market. Key responsibilities for this role include:Relationship and customer managementDevelop & implement product and pricing strategies to drive revenue and market presence.Utilise your well developed analytical skills to identify opportunities, build data-based sell-in stories, and maximize profitabilityNegotiate and manage commercial agreements with retailers and distributors. About you:To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:A successful track record in managing Retail / Wholesale / Online customers in the Consumer Goods/FMCG space.Well developed analytical skills and experience utilising customer data. Power BI & Netsuite skills would be idealOutstanding customer management skills – developing relationships, negotiating win-win commercial arrangements, with a keen eye on solutions and resultsAn entrepreneurial spirit, excellent collaboration and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
