Fremantle Behaviour Support is an NDIS registered behaviour support group providing services to participants in Perth and throughout regional Western Australia. Our vision is to provide meaningful and effective behaviour support to people in regional areas as well as Perth metro, forming an alliance of skills and knowledge state-wide for all to benefit from. Due to recent growth, we are seeking an experienced NDIS Claims & Funding Officer to join the team 2 days per week on a permanent part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities: Understanding NDIS financial rules and regulations related to claims and payments.Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance within relevant systems.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including Support Coordinators and Plan Managers.Ensuring compliance with NDIS policies and procedures.Responding to inquiries related to claims and payments.Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as PRODA, PACE, and ideally CMS iinsight (not essential).
Required Skills and Experience: A strong understanding of the NDIS framework, including funding rules, claiming procedures, and relevant legislation.Proven ability in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to identify and resolve issues related to claims and payments.
