We are looking for  STORE MANAGER to join our team at SHELLHARBOUR.

Store Management:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage and train all store staff to the Neverland service standard whilst fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Achieve store budgets through effectively customer service, task delegation and prioritisation.

• Ensure all Neverland Store directives are completed to standard and on time.

• Complete all weekly reporting and maintain strong communication with Area Manager

• Lead by example and be responsible for store and staff performance.

• Tuesday to Saturday roster 

Who you are:

• Have a passion for street wear & fashion

• Strong customer service skills and standards

• Previous experience in a management role

• Be performance driven in both level of service and financial achievement

• Previous visual merchandising experience
