The Outstanding 12-month New Graduate program includes:
- Receive guidance and mentoring from career coaches therapy to support you in mapping our your professional goals
- Weekly 1:1 supervision with an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist
- Optional weekly online peer supervision
- Clinical specialisation programs for those looking to grow their skills
- Daily check-ins from your team leader
- A structured onboarding process where you will shadow other clinicians before getting started
- A gradual increase of caseload
- Administration support team to allow you to focus on what you do best
- Progression pathways into operations or clinical areas

- Working with NDIS clients around your location

What you will need: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Drivers licence
