New Home Quality Control Inspector - Wide Bay

'Handovers.com' means peace of mind for owners and investors building new homes or units. We act on behalf of the client, by being their eyes and ensuring quality control on their brand new property. We also work directly with Builders and Developers to help monitor and manage the Quality of their product. Our founder Paul Corn who started the concept over 25 years ago, remains active in the business and is well known throughout the building industry.

This role demands someone who demonstrates an unwavering passion for residential construction. This person must have a very keen eye for detail, a great attitude, good reading and writing skills, be a team player,  and have exceptional values. The position is often more suited to an older person.

Due to sustained growth a new position is available within 'Handovers.com' as a Quality Control Inspector. The right person will have extensive knowledge and experience in the building industry and ideally have minimum of 10 years past experience as a Builder, Building Supervisor/Foreman or Carpenter.

Occasionally, some overnight travel may be required.

The suitable candidate will need to be professional, have great communication skills, be able to work in team and individually, have great attention to detail, be well presented and efficient.
