What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions

• Demonstrate and promote the latest Volkswagen models and features

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Work towards sales targets and KPIs in a supportive and structured environment

• Ensure a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience for every guest

What We're Looking For:

• Sales experience (automotive preferred, but not essential)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• A current Australian driver's licence
