As a Night All Rounder, you will be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests during the twilight hours and oversee the nightly operations of the hotel.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

• Manage the reception desk overnight; handling check-ins & check outs, and ensuring queries & requests are accommodated to uphold guest comfort & satisfaction. 

• Providing exceptional customer service and engaging in effective service recovery when required.

• Balance daily financial transactions & ensure accuracy of room revenue charges. 

• Prepare necessary trading results reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

• Oversee the after-hours property access ensuring safety & security.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment is advantageous.

• Availability to work night shifts on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

• Keen eye for attention to detail & a sound understanding of financial results & reporting.

• Ability to work autonomously with a positive mindset.

• Excellent communication, listening, problem solving and negotiation skills.
