ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Novated Lease Consultant you will be supporting organisational goals by delivering sales outcomes of Novated Leases and related
products in line with agreed targets. 

You will be working within the Novated Sales Team in a phone-based sales role, proactively converting inbound novated lease enquiries into new novated leases.

Strong organisation skills and sales expertise will ensure proactive pursuit and management of your sales pipeline to achieve individual targets.
With a strong culture of coaching and development, you’ll be well positioned and supported to take your sales skills and career to the next level.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieving desired sales outcomes. This includes meeting sales targets, maximising vehicles sales through the company’s vehicle procurement program, delivering agreed sales conversions of upsell and cross-sell products
• Deliver agreed KPI’s for business units and complete regular reporting processes accurately
• Perform various administrative activities supporting the overall team effectiveness and its ability to achieve targets
• Champion continuous improvement - Contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities, propose solutions
and support the implementation of efficiencies with a focus on creating efficiencies, supporting business growth and
enhancing the customer experience

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You are passionate about sales and exceeding targets.You are a self motivated and driven person who enjoys challenging themselves in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong background in sales and are happy to talk to customers over the phone and via email. You will have strong attention to detail with high levels of ethical standards. Prior knowledge of finance broking, exposure to the Finance industry and or automotive experience is desirable but not a must.
