As the NSW Business Development Manager you will need to be an excellent written and verbal communicator, have a solid past excellent Sales/ Business Development track record, the ideal candidate will be considered in your career to date by others as a stable individual, great salesperson and constant high achiever in your past Business-To-Business Sales activities.
In this role the decision makers you will be speaking to hourly and visiting often will include Engineers / Multi National Property Owners / National Property Management Teams / Property Developers / Specifiers & Architects...
This role needs an absolute expert Business Developer, someone who will strategically attack a market sector, establish who the decision makers are in any particular market / make professional and memorable 1st contact / Organise 1st Meet & Present Range and Systems and ultimately, once you have a quote & system designed for the client, you become their "new best friend" taking care of them for as long it takes to ensure you are the person winning the sale and winning any additional opportunities in the interim.
You will be given some training, however, the complete product range includes:
- Hotel style door locks
- In-room safes
- In-room energy management controls
- In-room fridges
- In-room automation
- On-line network solutions to allow data communication between the above.
You will project coordinate & design each solution until handover to the project installation team.
