Nurse/Complex Disability Support Worker

Are you an experienced support worker passionate about providing high-quality care?

We are looking for a compassionate and highly skilled female support worker to assist a high care client in the Dapto (NSW) area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in complex care and be available for Wednesdays and Saturdays with potential overnight shifts.

Currently recruiting for several vacancies in Wollongong Area. You will be recruited for an IMMEDIATE START and must be available and flexible to be incorporated within an existing functional roster that spans across the day.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ must have experience with PEG Feeding, Medication Administration, Oxygenation, Tracheostomy & Ventilation

✅ Provide personal, physical, emotional, and social support using a person-centered approach

✅ Monitor and document client’s condition and care provided

✅ Support participation in social and community activities

✅ Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of experience in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services

✔ Cert IV/Diploma in Disability Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or Nursing

✔ First Aid & CPR Certification

✔ NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC & Police Check

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to work independently & as part of a team
