What You'll Do:

Conduct patient assessments and triage via telehealth, applying advanced clinical knowledge.

Educate and guide patients through their medicinal cannabis treatment, answering questions with empathy and expertise.

Monitor patient treatment progress through scheduled telehealth consultations.

Serve as a trusted point of contact, addressing patient inquiries and collaborating with medical practitioners as needed.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Continuously expand your expertise through ongoing learning and professional development.

Who We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration.

Medicare Provider Number (Required)

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN).

Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a supportive team.

Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

Prior experience with medicinal cannabis is a plus, but not required—we provide ongoing learningopportunities!
