Job description: Healthii People Australia is pleased to have partnered with one of New South Wales most innovative and progressive Workplace Health providers for the recruitment of a Rehab Consultant to join their Sydney team as a Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant. This role will suit a Registered Psychologist or Rehab Counsellor with previous occ rehab, workers cover experience is a preference. Benefits on offer as a Rehabilitation Consultant: $90,000 to $120,000 + 11.5% superLucrative Bonus Structure: Earn up to an additional 20% of your salarySmart phone and laptop providedMonday to Friday onlyRegular Social eventsFlexible working options (3 days working from home)Ongoing professional development and mentorship ($2000/year CPD allowance) Some of the day to day duties include: Developing personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitationCase management of clientsLiaising with a variety of stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employeesConduct a wide range of assessments, including Functional, Vocational, Initial Needs Assessments.Utilising problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate the return to work of claimants Qualifications: A degree in Psychology or Rehabilitation CounsellingCurrent registration with AHPRACurrent registration with RCAA or ASORCAbility to build rapport and maintain strong relationships.Ability to work with all stakeholdersNational Police Check Certificate.Current driver's license and vehicle If you are looking to transition out of a clinical role and into more of a consultancy role this might be perfect for you.
