Our Get Yourself Moving programs are designed to help older people in Western Sydney live independently in their communities. Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and other allied health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care plans tailored to the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and make treatment and home modification recommendations
• Home Visits: Provide home-based assessments and interventions to support clients in their own environments.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other health professionals and building trades to ensure quality treatments, modifications and optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Have a valid Australian driver’s licence
• Experience in aged care or community health is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
