Occupational Therapist | Functional Capacity Assessments

Our client is a multidisciplinary service provider assisting clients sourced from NDIS and private referrals across Melbourne's east and south east suburbs!

Role available for an Occupational Therapist to join them in a contractor capacity primarily responsible for conduction initial Functional Capacity Assessments and Home Care Assessments to a range of clients across the lifespan.

Contractor role minimum 2-3 days per week.

• Pay rate starting from $90 per hour with an extra $20 - $95 per session for travel! 
• Pay rate is inclusive of superannuation at 11.5%

About the role:

• Community based role primarily completing Functional Capacity Assessments and Home Care Assessments for NDIS clients
• NDIS referrals working with clients across the lifespan
• Clients clustered in a limited radius near your location in the eastern or south eastern suburbs
• Full autonomy and flexibility over working hours and days
• Schedule completely tailored to your preferences and lifestyle

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of experience with NDIS clients
• Drivers license and vehicle 
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• NDIS screening check & WWCC
