What's On Offer:

About the role:
  • Conducting home visits (2-3 clients daily) for NDIS and Home Care Package referrals
  • Performing functional assessments, writing reports, and prescribing equipment
  • Delivering 1:1 therapy in the clinic to build motor skills, functional capacity, and life skills
  • Educating stakeholders and families to ensure comprehensive client support
  • Completing administrative tasks from home or at their clinic in Glen Waverley

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • A valid driver's license
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
