Role Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist Team Leader, you will:
  • Lead a Team: Oversee and support a team of 5 Occupational Therapists, providing clinical supervision, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering professional development
  • Manage a Tailored Caseload: Maintain a reduced caseload focused on paediatric clients or a combination of paediatric, teenage, and adult clients.
  • Cross Discipline Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team, including Speech Pathologists and Psychologists, to deliver comprehensive client care
  • Serve Diverse Clients: Provide services to both NDIS, Medicare and private clients, with a focus on fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing, and sensory integration
  • Flexible Work Model: Enjoy both clinic-based work and the option to work from home when reasonable
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 4+ years postgraduate experience
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
