This QLD based, paediatric allied health organisation offers industry leading professional development opportunities to early career occupational therapists!

Offering; a comprehensive 4 day induction, gradual increase of caseload, fortnightly supervision, uncapped PD allowance, career progression opportunities AND a company wide team building event at Seaworld!

What you will be doing:

You will be seeing paediatric clients in the clinic (70%) and out in the community (schools, home settings) (30%), conducting initial assessments, creating tailored therapy plans underpinning evidence based practice, facilitating meaningful and engaging therapy sessions, taking progress notes and writing NDIS reports when required. 

How you will be supported:

• Offered fortnightly supervision with a Senior OT
• An uncapped PD allowance for external training
• The opportunity to undertake leadership courses if you wish
• Participate in an annual company wide, professional development conference 
• Engage in weekly discipline specific team trainings and engage in multidisciplinary trainings once a month

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
• Paediatric experienced preferred but not essential
