About the Position:
The role is suitable for a new graduate or an early career Occupational Therapist looking to work in a supportive and dynamic setting. The position offers:
- An initial induction week with no client appointments, easing you into your role
- A gradual increase in caseload, starting with three clients per day
- Regular supervision, tailored to your experience level, including weekly one-hour sessions and daily check-ins
- Opportunities to work with a diverse paediatric caseload, plus adult and elderly clients (only if desired)
- Mix of NDIS and Private clients, common presentations include ASD, GDD, ODD, ADHD, CP and Down Syndrome
- Majority in clinic working however they may be the occasional client to see in their home
On Offer: - Salaries between $75,000 - $90,000 + Super
