We are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our in-office team, supporting our continued success with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and inputting data into computer systems. The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Take messages and provide basic information to callers as necessary.
  • Respond to client queries, emails and voice messages.
  • Input data into computer systems and verify accuracy of data.
  • Schedule and coordinate the team’s site visits
  • Assist with typing and submitting reports.
  • Liaise with our contractors and clients.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in client administration and customer service will be highly regarded but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,193.23 – $62,500.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

  • Annual bonus
