We are a small Automotive business seeking a general office assistant for a full-time position.
The successful person MUST be familiar with the Automotive industry and also using Microsoft Office products and Xero accounting program.
They MUST have a current manual driver’s licence and their own transport.
Your role will include but are not limited to:
- Being a point of contact for incoming customers
- Answering and directing calls
- Making appointments and scheduling
- Quoting on products and fit outs
- Data entry and basic accounting
- Ordering and collection of goods and general supplies
- General office duties
- Maintaining a clean and operational office/reception/toilets
- Occasionally updating Website/Facebook
- We are looking for an organised person with an eye for detail.
