We are a small Automotive business seeking a general office assistant for a full-time position.

The successful person MUST be familiar with the Automotive industry and also using Microsoft Office products and Xero accounting program.

They MUST have a current manual driver’s licence and their own transport.

Your role will include but are not limited to: 

  • Being a point of contact for incoming customers
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Making appointments and scheduling
  • Quoting on products and fit outs
  • Data entry and basic accounting
  • Ordering and collection of goods and general supplies
  • General office duties
  • Maintaining a clean and operational office/reception/toilets
  • Occasionally updating Website/Facebook
  • We are looking for an organised person with an eye for detail.
