We specialize in high-quality disposable kitchen grease filters made from 100% natural wool, and our products are trusted by major restaurant groups both locally and internationally. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Administration All-Rounder to join our team.
About the RoleAs the Admin Manager/ All-Rounder, you will be a key member of our team, providing essential day-to-day office support. You will take on a variety of tasks, from managing customer enquiries to overseeing stock control and processing orders. Your role will be vital in keeping things running smoothly as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document formatting
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly manner
Processing purchase orders, invoices, and maintaining accurate records
Managing inventory and coordinating stock movements across our warehouses in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the USA
Preparing export documentation and liaising with couriers and freight companies
Assisting with production scheduling and job tracking
Providing ad hoc administrative support to management and other departments as required
We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment. If you have prior experience in administration, customer service, or stock control, we’d love to hear from you! Your ability to adapt to new systems and your interest in marketing and social media will be highly valued.
What You’ll Need:At least 2 years of prior experience in administration or a similar role
Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner
Experience with stock control or exports is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho CRM, or similar tools
A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn new systems
Interest in marketing, social media, and SEM/SEO is desirable
