We are a small Automotive business seeking a general office assistant for a full-time position.
The successful person MUST be familiar with the Automotive industry and also using Microsoft Office products and Xero accounting program.
They MUST have a current manual driver’s licence and their own transport.
Your role will include but are not limited to:
· Being a point of contact for incoming customers
· Answering and directing calls
· Making appointments and scheduling
· Quoting on products and fit outs
· Data entry and basic accounting
· Ordering and collection of goods and general supplies
· General office duties
· Maintaining a clean and operational office/reception/toilets
· Occasionally updating Website/Facebook
· We are looking for an organised person with an eye for detail.

· Full-Time hours for the position Mon – Thur 7:30 am-4.00 pm Fri 7:30 am -2.00 pm on the job training will be provided.
