We’re looking for an office manager who has excellentorganizational skills and a personable disposition to keep usthriving. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility inhandling day-to-day activities of the office of Check in Australiabased in Perth, Australia.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Business management or related bachelor's degree
Three or more years of experience in office management
Strong time-management and people skills, high degree offlexibility, and excellent multitasking ability.
English and Spanish proficiency
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for the activities of the office based in Perth,Australia.
Responsible for delegating functions to student counsellors, aswell as monitoring these functions, and compliance withassigned goals.
Verify that the student counsellors are following the processesestablished by the agency, from counselling, enrolment,document organization, visa application and after-salesservices.
Plan strategic communication and delegate functions to thestaff in charge of social networks, such as content creation andstudent loyalty activities.
Generate sales report of the group in charge monthly to theagency director.
Keep the counselling team informed about changes in visarequirements, school prices, student insurance, among others.
Generate strategies with incentives for the work team toincrease productivity.
Train student counsellors on the agency's activities and processes such as: Requirements to study in Australia,Preparation of Quotes, registration formats depending on theinstitution, request for requirements with different formats,course start movements, refund of money, change of day etc.
Attend training with different educational institutions inAustralia and convey the information to the work team.
Organize events in the city of Perth and promoting the agency'sservices providing information about studies in Australia.
In charge of negotiating with education providers, such asEnglish schools, vet courses and universities about theagreements between the agency and each provider.
Ensure that the agency is complying with the necessarylegislation, and worker health and safety activities.
